Salut à tous et bonne année.

A partir du Dimanche 13 Janvier, des stages de Krav Maga seront organisés à Saint-Affrique.
Ils seront pour la plupart animé par moi même (1°dan de KM FFKDA (FEKM) et de Taekwondo)
Les stages abordes plusieurs sujets (techniques de bases, défenses avec contre, contre sur attaque armé...+ Spécifique combat pieds,poings...debout et sol).
